Casually dating and got unmatched on tinder?

I've been dating a guy for a month. The first few weeks we saw each other every day and we discussed if we were exclusively hooking up and we both said yes. Afterwards, we didn't see each other a week and barely texted (I was away on vacation and then he was busy at work). We saw each other last Friday and I mentioned that while we had talked about exclusively sleeping together, I was wondering if we weren't actively searching to date anyone else either (to me it's not the same as hooking up) because I was curious to know where this was going. He mentioned previous relationships and I brushed that off because it wasn't pertinent to my question. We were both rushing off in the morning so we didn't have time to talk about it further. Later that day, his Tinder profile dissapeared (so either he unmatched me or deleted his profile). We haven't texted since we last saw each other (sat morning) and I'm leaving tomorrow for a week on a work trip.

Thoughts? Should I view this as a positive or negative?

I am always amazed at how gullible people are that look at those dating sites as "dating sites" whereas we all know that they are nothing more that pickup sites and hookup sites. I fail to understand why people that go on those sites absolutely deny it and find a million and one excuses to reject that fact.

It looks as if he lost interest in you because he probably found someone that was not asking that many questions and was not that hesitant. As I said, he was solely looking to get into your pants but since you zipped them up so tightly, he did not have the patience to unzip it and found someone that already had her pants down on the initial contact.

There is only one way to look at this entire sad story and that is the negative way.
