Would you say "yes" if an old coworker came to ask you out?

An old coworker came in today. They transferred as few months ago to another location. We talked briefly as I was working and he was picking up something for his store. Wondering if it would be weird if I popped it to his new store and asked him out. Or at least gave him my number?

More so, do men being the one that's pursued?

I had a little crush on him before. But "don't sh!+ where you sleep" is a thing. I do know that he's single, so that isn't an issue.

It would depend on a lot of different things. Just being an old coworker doesn't qualify them as dating material

Hence wanting to exchange numbers... A cute doesn't necessarily make a good man. Which is why I wanna get to know him, outside of a workplace environment.
Just tryna gauge the level of awkwardness and appeal of a female making the first move.
