Hmm. So my one friend and I wrestle for the bill constantly bc we’re very old friends and it’s become part of our shtick. But this matter of fighting for the bill just for good form is beginning obsessive. Guys still do tend to shoo a lady’s credit card or cash away, esp for a small lying like ONE coffee or ONE drink — or if THEY suggested the place and it’s in their price range but possibly out of yours. Don’t push just for the sake of pushing… treat next time.

It depends on the man 🤷🏾‍♀️, some men who have money don't mind paying treating you out no matter what the situation is, others are broke and hope you offer to pay and let them move in too for free. There's nothing wrong with you treating sometimes too but know your position in the relationship, so you don't mess up playing your role. It's like a movie script, make no mistake 😂. It's better to go out and be around Men that treat you like a Queen nothing less.

It depends on circumstance , but in my case as an example , here in Thailand , I would naturally pay , as 1. She'd be much younger 2. Its most like I am far more wealthy ( not always but likely , so only fair ) .

Back in Australia or the US? Again , likely she will be much younger so I would pay , plus it was probably me who suggested the outing/ meeting.

If you are 25 and 23 both with comparable income , should be 50/50 .

Inviter pays. If there is no clear inviter. Who can expense the meal, or who makes the most. I’m usually the one that pays.

I'd say no. A man should only be expected to do that for a romantic partner and if he's just friends with someone it's unfair to expect one person to pay.
