Should I call him out after being ghosted?

went out with a guy 2 weeks back and it went really well. He messaged right after saying he wants to see me again that week. He then messaged to meet up the following Sunday but says he has work until 9 so can he come after. I said too late so we planned for the following weekend.

weekend comes and goes and don’t hear from him. He also hadn’t confirmed back when I said I was good with sat. Normally I would’ve message to confirm but I had done that on the 1st date.

Now I’m annoyed and regretting not calling him out. Should I send a message and what to say now? “Didn’t hear from you this weekend. If you weren’t able to make plans you could have communicated that”.
