Should I just ghost him?

A coworker and I are texting and we both admit we like each other. We’ve been texting for a couple of days but the last time we ever spoke in person was when he got my number. We see each other at work and he won’t speak to me. He may look over at me a couple of times but won’t speak but he texts me… Even when we are alone he won’t speak but when I get home later in the day around 6pm or later he texts me.

It’s wrong to ghost someone and it’s wrong to ignore somebody. People who aren’t cowards should be able to confront the other person and ask why they’re doing it.

Send him a message and ask why he ignores you at work. Is he ashamed of you? Is he loosing interest? Is he worried about some HR situation? He should be able to tell you that and you should just ask him why he’s doing it.

If you don’t feel like moving forward is worth it tell him that give him as well as yourself closure that it's time to find someone new.

Why would you even """ghost""" him when in fact you appreciate each other, that makes no sense. Port your issue to the guy, communicate, talk, like normal you know :D
