Should I ghost this guy?

This guy I was friends with for 6 months has a lot of mental and emotional issues - has been causing me a lot of distress with his toxic and chaotic behavior... I'm completely drained and depleted right now.. he contacted me yesterday after no contact for 2 weeks... I didn't date this guy , but clearly, he has a lot of issues mentally and emotionally... I don't want his toxic behavior around me because it's making me sick. I told him yesterday I was busy and had a lot going on - yesterday, he had me completely frustrated contacting me with no contact for 2 weeks. I am ready to move on and heal from this with him.. disconnect from him.. I want to tell him he needs therapy and leave me alone... I'm gay and he knows this , but he's chaotic and doesn't want to continue on with this guy even as friends..

Clarity is needed if I should ghost him due to my safety? I deleted 2 social media pages because of him stalking my page and contacting me. Right now, he's overstepping boundaries by what he's doing, not giving me space and allowing me to heal from his behavior and chaoticness.

I didn't even have to get through the first two sentences to know that you've got to dump this guy like an after dinner you-know-what, and the reason I made that comparison is because that's exactly what he is, in my opinion. You just don't play those kind of games.

He's blocked safety not too much unless he travels to my state - he doesn't know where I live just glad I got rid of him out my life for good.. I knew something was off with him by his picture

I wouldn’t say anything else to him, even to say you’re moving on. He’s not going to be receptive, he’s too selfish in thinking about only himself and his wants and needs.

Well I did let him know this is it - so I could have closure because I like closing doors 🚪 and not have open energy- yes he's selfish and toxic / he's officially blocked
