I wouldn’t mind saying it, for sure. Just wouldn’t know HOW to say it.

I could say it eyes slightly wide, with an eyebrow up (which could be taken as aggressively, or not), but I’d mean it in a matter-of-factly way. Like “how about that” or 😂 “I don’t think you really know JUST-HOW-HOT you are- and I didn’t even know until now. lol

The other way I could’ve said it, is very serious and very intense just because of holding a stare. If he’s hot and my body reacts slightly with the seriousness, and he welcomes this, then it could lead to kissing or other things. Maybe a date, but maybe not. Could have reciprocal flirtation before kissing depending on how intense.

If I said it with some joke or tease, and he liked and/or liked me, he could flirt/tease back, and then it could start stuff later/build stuff, or a potential first date then and there. Never know.

If we have trust between us and I can say things plainly and organically almost with logic in mind and just saying it as a fact of life- dude is hot…. lol then he can maybe just receive it and possibly add a thanks. May reciprocate or we continue doing whatever it was we were doing.

So I don’t mind telling a guy, but it’s important how I say it, and when and where. Can’t always drop it on them, unless it is in fact a busy moment where he can just barely catch it, continue in the moment and realize it later with a more eased sense.
