Well, of course we can’t tell you with 100% certainty that he likes you back, but what’s the point in further speculating your connection with him? The guy is taken, which to me says if he is flirting then he’s a scumbag and if you ever got your chance, you could never trust him.

Of course it’s flattering, and if he’s handsome then he knows it and enjoys attention from women as well, I would be no where near surprised. He may even be a very nice guy, but remember being a good person doesn’t equate to being a good boyfriend. Men who are faithful wouldn’t carry on with other women in a way that could even suggest interest outside of friendship. If you aren’t overlooking and you’re correct, then he’s doing wrong by his girlfriend and getting away with it because she can’t see it. Plus he’s where he’s supposed to be — at work, so why would she suspect? These would be the things you’d have to worry about with him, and you’d know it’s possible because you’re experiencing it right now.
