His ex posted a story of her luggage at the airport. He slid up on that story and asked her in the DMs “where she was going”. She told him, and he hearted the message and told her to “have fun”. Then she responded telling him that they should get a room together when she comes back. He replied asking her “when do you get back”? She told him “she gets back this week” and he said “word”.

Does that mean he’s agreeing to getting a room with her?

There is no way of knowing the answer to that! It could just be a bit of moody to keep her on her toes, or he could genuinely want to get back together with her..
