Hot girl is a regular at a cafe you work at. You ask her out. She rejects you because she thinks you are "too old" for her, which is not true. You know she is legal, so you are to too old to date her. How would you help her change her mind and start dating you?

Well if she’s just “legal” i’m guessing that means she’s ~18 and you could be anywhere from 7-11 years older than her, which is significant enough that she may be genuinely uncomfortable with dating you.

However, there is a chance she’s trying to avoid the social stigma of dating an older guy, but would otherwise like you. To find out if this is the case you can just keep flirting but keep it very subtle and try to be charming and make a good impression on her.

Keep in mind that you risk coming off as a creep that can’t take no for an answer as you do this. She may have no interest in you and just let you down easy with her excuse.
