Yes they are but are they a priority for a girl. Some prioritize other traits. A Golden Retriever can be very intelligent and loyal but that doesn’t mean it will get her wet. There needs to be more. And the more changes with each girl. If you are in your 30s and haven’t figured that put yet it’s going to be a challenge.
