What is the real criteria to find a girlfriend if you possess many positive attributes but women still see you as less?

Like I just had a girl breakup with me and simultaneously while mentioning my good attributes she goes back to previous abusive relationships she had and was like you don’t have those behaviors as if it was a requirement. One way to attract women, regardless of your physical appearance or sex appeal is to be a problem solver. If you're good at solving problems, you will always have girls who want to date you. Problems you could solve, include, knowing how to do repairs around the house, knowing how to do car repairs, knowing how to kill insects, knowing how train somebody in a professional skill, knowing how to marinate barbecue meats, knowing how to save on your electricity bill, knowing how to use or maximize the benefits of an appliance, able to lift heavy objects. I also find a lot of girls prefer confident guys over good looking guys, so if you act like you know your value and believe you have something worthwhile to contribute, women will like that. But you don't want to be a liar or a mocker or a dismisser of her and her hard work, because you have to be a good person to attract a good person and you have to be nice to attract nice people.

A very large majority of women seek emotional roller-coasters and are not interested in stability, predictability, love or honor. They are not interested in nice guys, good men, or honorable men. Thus many men adapt to encompass these lower attributes and then they acquire more women and sex. But adapting to lower attributes means you also become lower and that is not what we are here for. We are here to become more honorable and to ascend. What you have been meeting are women who posses personality traits of the Jezebel rather than the Godly. Those types of women are only interested in toxicity, lust, desire and mystery. The only way to find a good woman is to identify the true women of God who are rare, but that is only possible through God's guidance and discernment because most of the collective are either demonic possessed, or aspire to follow similar.

There's are no "real criteria". Pay no attention to teams someone gives for breaking up with you unless they are two you that you have behaved unacceptably, and then think about it. They may be right, or they may be crazy. At 30 the basic expectations are that you have your own home, are financially stable with something more than a McJob.

Positive attributes can attract but it's how you make them feel that will determine if they stay. If they feel like they are the prize, they will leave. You have to be the prize
