Should I be worried about my bf‘s female friend?

my boyfriend has a female friend at uni. at the beginning of our relationship he asked me if he could go for a drink with her (just the 2 of them). i didn‘t think much of it and it didn‘t end up happening because he ended up watching a soccer game instead (by himself). they texted a lot in the past and they still text occasionally, he said it‘s only about uni stuff. he recently deleted their chat, though. he said he did it because it‘s not important to him and he thought it might make me feel more comfortable. I got a bad feeling and asked him to unfollow her on instagram but he didn‘t want to do that because he might need uni stuff from here and his other female friends at uni and unfollowing her would be weird. how should i deal with the situation? i feel uncomfortable but i don‘t want to be too jealous or controlling. thank you for your advice💕

That sounds like they Had/Have a fling together... i'm sure SHE is Not the only female in His class...
You better either Confront him/talk to him about it, and if he's just "short answered" then that is YOUR PROOF, that there is Something between them and you better cut your losses and move on, as later in the "toxic relationship" would be harder and more heart breaking... Just saying.🤷‍♂️

thank you for your reply. it really is suspicious… but i‘m unsure because she’s the girlfriend of a guy he was friends with in school but my boyfriend is not really in contact with her boyfriend anymore. do you think this changes something?

She can have a Boyfriend and shagg yours because he might be more Cute and attractive than her's or he is more interesting than her's and he Enternains her better, than her's... i same like cheating when married, if 2 couples find their spouses boring, and find their partners more entertaining then they would cheat at the first Opportunity (if arises), why because they can "explain themselfs" that they just "texted/messaged/talked" with OUR family friends, which they a "common" acquintances, so can be no "real arguing/or suspicion" there... same happens in boyfriend/girlfriend couple life...😉🤫
