If your S. O. was to get you a flower, what kind and color would it be and why?

Sunflowers. Because they embody my favourite flower and my favourite colour in one thing, but he once got me black sunflowers. What was pretty metal, ngl. He said, while it was still my favourite and always following the sun, it matched my personality more. I suppose he's right about that.

If it's from a S. O. I'll love it... I'm partial to lilacs, though. They smell heavenly and they have a brief bloom period, which makes them special. I like the deep purple ones best.
