He had told me that If I respect him I wouldn’t go out with my guy friend I told him I am going to he wrote me that’s amazing. I said it was nice meeting u take care. He left me on read. Keep in mind this is the guy who is still hung up on his ex.

Update I would have told him:

"Good thing that I don't respect you then"
I would have blocked him for being sarcastic and for being manipulative, while he still hasn't gotten over his ex.

If you're seeing a guy who doesn't want you hanging out with your friends, then you need to move on from that guy. Of course, there are a few exceptions. Like if the guy is trying to get with you, or if it's someone that's trying to get you to mainline heroin. Obviously that's a very extreme example. The point I'm making is for you to use your common sense judgment.
