So I feel so lonely and I want to cry
I watch old photos:videos when I was happy all the time and visualise myself being in the past
What should I do
Aww girl, I can totally get why you're feeling so down right now with all those big changes happening. Breakups and losing your job, that's super rough to deal with. But staying stuck in the past watching old photos and videos definitely isn't going to help you feel better either.
A few things I'd try:
- Reach out to friends/family more for support. Hang out with them, do activities together to take your mind off things.
- Pick up a new hobby or sport - something you always wanted to try. It'll give your brain something new to focus on.
- Make plans and goals for the future, even little things like trips you want to take or learning a language. Give yourself stuff to look forward to.
- Start journaling about your feelings each day. Get all those thoughts out of your head and onto paper so they're not just swirling in there.
- Be kind to yourself. It's okay to feel sad sometimes, just don't wallow in it for too long before getting back out there.
You'll get through this! It just takes time. Don't drive yourself more crazy staring at old stuff - focus on making new happy memories to come. Feel free to hit me up if you ever wanna talk or vent, k? You've got this girl.

I feel like I lost everything, my job and the love of my life lives in another country. I don’t have money to travel to his country but someday I hope I will be able to get a job again and travel❤️
Aw sis, don't lose hope! Of course you'll feel extra lonely on your own at times - your emotions have been through a lot recently, it's totally normal. But you're doing all the right things by keeping active with friends and such.
One tip that helps me when I'm feeling down is reminding myself of little things I'm grateful for each day, like my health, a hot shower, my favorite song - it trains your mind to focus on positives still in your life.
Also maybe try starting a journal where you write letters to your crush like you're catching him up on your days. It's a way to feel close even from far. And who knows, maybe someday you can surprise him with a visit!
This is just a new chapter, and you have so much awesome stuff still ahead. Cry when you need to, but also make sure to celebrate the small wins. Stay strong - your person is still out there in the world somewhere waiting to be inspired by you again. Feel free to text anytime for another pick me up!
I recommend to stop looking the old memories for starters
at least until you can handle it. Because right now what you're doing is comparing and you're putting yourself into this little sad phase
