My girlfriend always used to be all about PDA. Now, she gets uncomfortable whenever I try to kiss, hug, or hold her hand in public. It’s to a point where it’s just awkward. Does this mean she’s dating someone else?

This, alone, doesn't prove she's cheating. That's just one possibility. It could also just mean she's embarrassed, you or hates touching you or wants other guys to view her as single. None of it is a good thing. Did you get fat, or has your relationship become loveless?

I don’t know if I’d say it became loveless but our sex life did decline. But she still wants to be lovey dovey in private but not in public

Then yeah it seems like it's more about appearing single or worrying about being seen with you because there's another dude or she's ashamed of you. All bad in my opinion.
