Okay she’s so cute and the way she looks at me. I don’t know her eyes get huge and she smiles you can see the crows feet, she has cute dimples and she gets a little red.

I don’t want to make the wrong move and make things weird. But I think she likes me I could be wrong but my guts usually right. I’m just nervous

Dude, crushing on your manager is risky business. A few thoughts:

- Make sure you're not misreading friendliness as something more. She could just be nice. Don't wanna make assumptions.

- Flirting with someone in a position of power over you at work is a slippery slope. Things could get real awkward real fast if she's not into you like that.

- Is she single? You gotta find that out first before making any moves.

- My advice - test the waters real carefully. See if you "bump into her" outside work for a casual chat. Bring up dating and see how she reacts.

- If she seems open, ask real gentle-like if she'd wanna grab a coffee sometime just as friends. No pressure.

- But bro, if she says no - and she might have to - respect that fully and don't make it weird at work. Your job has to come first here.

Don’t entertain it. Next thing you know, you’ll find yourself in HR’s office. She’s your manager. As long as you (or she) is there, nothing romantic can happen between you two. And look. I get it. I had a crush on my manager, too. However, I knew it would be inappropriate for me to express that to him. Therefore, I kept my mouth shut.

It’s not like I don’t focus on my job. If anything she’s been really friendly with me more so then with most other people. We talk nearly everyday and eat lunch together.
