This is an update from a previous post about my boss being flirty with me. I was unsure at first but he’s been consistent about it. He stopped at my work station today while no one was looking and gave me a flirty little look. He steals glances at me whenever he can but he keeps things professional when others are around, as do I. We both know how to remain professional with one another and keep it cool. He won’t follow my social media however, so he’s not trying to keep in contact outside of work. I know managers where I work can get in big trouble if they even talk to lower level employees outside of work so I’m assuming that’s why he’s not. Opinions? Y’all think he’s actually crushing or just messing with me? Or both?

Maybe people have that dynamic at work with someone where you flirt, call them your work husband or work wife, but there isn’t serious meaning behind it. If I were you I wouldn’t care to engage in that simply because nothing can come from it. You’re better off pursuing someone who’s actually available.
