Well, lying to get something is wrong in my book, regardless of gender. BUT the fact is that there's way more women willing to take a man seriously regardless of how he acts than there are guys willing to overlook how women act. This is a difference that can't be hand waived away or magically erased by shouting "equality". That'd be like men saying women need to be his shoulder to cry on for hours because women like that. Except women would just reject the guy who is too soft cause at the end of the day, there's fundamental differences between men and women.

Now let me anticipate the objections of certain empty headed people who would want to claim that I approve of guys mistreating women. Nah, I'm just an observer of human behavior. And it always takes two. Very few guys are holding a gun to a woman's head and making her stay with him for years.
