Guys, Communication?

Met a guy on a dating app , he gave me his number & we have been texting back & forth for 2 or 3 weeks. We had our first date last weekend. We really hit it off & are now planning a second date. Everything seems to be going great But after 2 weeks we still hardly know much of anything about each other & other than a text from him saying good morning, & good night there's almost no communication on his end. He's barely ask anything about me and I don't know what to make of it.
