Is it necessary to check up on each other daily when in a relationship especially a new one?

If you are addicted to one another I don't see the issue tbh. So long as you aren't like ruining the others life over it its all okay. I do it with the girl I'm chasing. I've gone to the extent I just leave little audio recordings for fun instead sometimes if I thinks she is going to have a too busy of a time. I go up and above just cause I know it makes her day a tiny bit easier to just want to keep living.
