Aye man that's always the worst, when a girl just dips outta your life without even giving you a proper reason. But ya know what, her loss! You don't need that kind of confusion and disrespect bringing you down.

The best thing to do is just focus on yourself for a while. Hit the gym extra hard, ball out with the boys, pick up a new hobby - just do stuff that makes YOU feel good. Can't let one girl living rent free in your head, ya feel me?

Also don't be afraid to put yourself out there again sometime. I know it's scary after a bad experience, but not all girls are the same. You can come at this problem in one of two ways.. With your head or your heart.. If you think with your heart, it will hurt like hell and you STILL won't have any explanations.

My advice is think with your head. She was likely too scared to have a talk that would leave her feeling bad. She's out of your life and it means you can move on to someone who wants to be with you!

Bottom line is, don't try and find reasons why she left, just accept she left and start looking again! That's how I have done things in the past, and I don't regret them at all!

Accept that it's because the other guy she left you for was probably an ex, or possibly just a better fit for what she was looking for. You can't be perfect to every girl in the world.
