She left me for someone else. How do I move on if I live with her?

She is a gorgeous brunette, I totally fell in love with at a rehab center we where we both met. Both of us are recovering addicts and are doing really well in our recoveries. Relationships were not allowed at the center and so we used to pass each other notes and everything had to be very secretive. We kissed a few times but we never got to have sex or the chance to get into a proper relationship and then I ended up moving into the same house share as her known as a halfway house in rehab talk. Once that happened I found out about a boyfriend she had on the outside. She basically left me for him eventually but didn’t know how to go about doing it. (Making the split) so it became a very long drawn out break up. I’m hurting so badly. I’m dealing with emotions I’ve never dealt with sober. And it’s hectic. My question is how do I move on in the best way? Considering I still live with her and don’t have the option to leave.

I'm confused about what relationship existed for you to break up. You kissed her a few times and then you lived in the same galfway house. Did your relationship become sexual? Did you make promises or commitments to each other?

Yeah we did make commitments to each other and promises that we would stay together no matter what. And we would wait for the time to be right, for us to be together. Rehab had some pretty strict rules.
