How to move on from a girl I really liked?

Like this girl was a 10/10 and I just couldn’t stop thinking about her for like a week. I’ve been texting her but she’s just super dry. Like “lol” texts, I’m just going to take the hint and try to move on. I’ve never actually told her I liked her or made any signs since she’s my coworkers daughter and I felt I’d be doing him wrong if I said anything flirty. So it shouldn’t be too awkward if I see her. But in my head maybe a little. Now back to the question whats the best way to move on? Like I don’t want to flirt with girls out of desperation you know because if it actually works shockingly I wouldn’t want that girl

Grieve her. Feel sad... for a bit. Talk about it, go out with friends and family and get active, pursue your hobbies and passions, do things. Exercise and get active. Eat healthy. Don't sit around at home.

Go 100% no contact. Never see or talk to her ever again. Seeing her and talking to her will keep those feelings stirring up. Make her your PAST. When you are out living life you'll start to notice how interesting, unique and attractive so many other women on this Earth are.

I meann that night i could tell she wasn’t wearing make up but some do the things you listed. I wouldn’t say all girls I consider a 10/10 do it. But then again my idea of a 10/10 is different than yours. If she has kids I’d be dammed like I ain’t seen none there and she lives there lmao but I don’t blame any religion for girls faking stuff I think it’s solely what that individual girl thinks is right
