Why would a guy refuse to give you closure instead just ghost you?

That’s a trick men learned from women. It’s considered the “nice” way to dump someone when women do it to men.
It’s funny how they don’t think it’s so nice when it’s being done to them. Ell oh ell!
As has been pointed out to us, men don’t owe you anything, let alone “closure”.

I had two people do that, one was a friend I had known for 18 years. I am assuming they are angry and want to punish you by refusing to give a response. Or, they know their reasons are immoral and don’t want to give you information about their motives that could tarnish their public reputation. I know many people lie about their reasons for rejecting others but others might think lying is worse than hurting people’s feelings. I know one guy that was rejected for his low I. Q., and she told him it was because they had different regional preferences. I know another that was also given a lie about why they were rejected.

Because you aren’t entitled, he isn’t obligated to make you feel better but it doesn’t make ghosting any less of a shitty thing to do.

That is because ghosting is easier as compared to giving a closure. It is a cowardly option though.
