Is he a narcissist?

I dont get this type of person where he can do anything but everytime i did what he did, he will get mad

For instance, his messaging style. I learn from him where if i text about information, he won't reply anytg, not even ok. So when he did send me info, i do the same thing vy not replying. Then the next day we met, he's mad💀

When we eat together, yes we never use our phone. But lately, he sometimes take out his phone and texting for few mins. Then there is this one day im not in the mood with him, and he also doesn't seem to be in the mood. So I decided to just use my phone cuz its awkward, and its not even few mins he already scold me not to use phone💀 while all this while he did it. Then i told him- how about we both play phone since the mood isn't that great, he say he dont want because his eye is hurting to look at a screen at that moment.

Im lost… everything. Everything i did, it must be wrong.. but everything he did, is fine

also, he's the type that, if i told him my feeling, he will never and ever say sorry, but try to justify his action. Or saying he's also hurting by the situation 💀
