My fiancé told me to quit my job and support him while he finishes residency, so i did. But now he says im a bitch, whore, trash, because of my past he said he will never marry me or have kids with me today he told me he won't buy groceries, i should starve and die side note he told me to kill myself, i have done nothing but be faithful and loyal and honest to him I really want us to work but I don’t think i can take it anymore i do everything he asked me to im struggling to find the will to stay

Also i do all the housework he never lifts a finger i do all the cooking, calls me fat and ugly but claims he's kidding, now that im trying to work he said no i don't have to that he will take care of me. Im so stressed out i can't even think

Sorry to hear that. But let me be brutally honest here.
This is beyond repair. he doesn't value you and never will. Period.
You'll keep trying and trying, but he'll be the same and it will go on forever and eventually become abusive.
You need to stand up for yourself and move on.
