Is he likely a Narcissist?

If people from a town made a website about a guy, stating he; "thinks he is God", and "thinks he is king and ruler of the town", and "bullies those he thinks are beneath him". Would you think this guy was likely a Narcissist? IF what the statements made ARE actually correct about this person.

Possible. If he is, always best to have no contact with them. Narcissists cause so much evil in this world, but could of course be some dude with other mental problems.

Narcissist are super selfish and view people more as tools, objects. They get jealous and insecure and always like to be on top, but if they become friends with someone with a higher status they will often try to exploit the friendship, use them as a tool for their narratives, agenda or abuse. It makes them feel superior again to be "well connected" like they are more important. Partner wise its a bit hard to say, depends on the dynamic, usually a narcissist (with NPD I mean) will use people until they no longer have any use of them, so often they have countless of relationship cause they go from abusing one person to the next one, they dont care about any boundaries, so if you put up some, they most likely leave, but there is again people who become broken by the narcissist who become more a like a host for their parasite behavior, a permanent extension of their abuse.

I would say so yes, but they are not dumb though per se. if he has zero chance with this higher class girl he might not go for it, he probably try though either way, but they always have back up plans pretty much. They never love anyone, not the way a normal person would love someone. They might care about you, like someone might care about a pen or a screwdriver, but that's as deep as it goes.

Yeah sadly, think most have really but probably unaware of it. My sister has BPD so she shown a lot of narcissistic traits, and the mother of a girl I know was a textbook narcissist. The mother was married for over 20 years too even though she was NPD, she used the stepfather as a extension to abuse her children. Nearly drove them all to suicide.

This is a hypothetical question; the description specifically states to take into account that you know the statements are accurate; In order to be a narcissist; you must have grandiosity; that means you have high self-esteem, you are egotistical, you have no empathy, you bully and are domineering over others. I answered my own question; but your answer wasn't very helpful or thoughtful.

Chew on this; I'm a clinical psychologist; and that estimation is insanely low. Even if that were taken from a study; it hardly mirrors any other studies taken. This person is actually a known person and I was testing you to see how much you know about psychology/narcissism. You ever hear of a 'God Complex', it is one of the main things you will see with NPD. Personality Disorders are not uncommon by any means. Take a psych class and educate yourself next time. K?
