Reasons for ghosting?

Girl ghosted me for a week and then came back, was she just testing my confidence or was it more likely another guy?

I mean, it's not ghosting since she came back to you LOL. There are a million reasons why someone didn't talk to you for a week. Sure one of the options could be that there was someone else she was more interested in or she has a hard time juggling others. But other theories can be such as she is having commitment problems, she has an avoidance attachment style to pulling back because she's scared to develop more feelings, she is going through a rough period in life, and etc.

Either way, games can be played or not. I would choose not to play and move on. There are too many sane and decent people out there to put up with manufactured nonsense.
