I wouldn’t read too much into that , wouldn’t bother me either way.. I would just assume they were getting on with their life as I am.. but then I’m not the person who lives on their phone , or needs constant messaging / attention.. Such a poor replacement for a face to face conversation and physically being with someone anyways and so much is missed by no verbal communication

Yes. Not communicating makes you lose the build up and vibe. And think they just going from person to person filling up their calendar maybe. Or you are a place holder and if someone better comes along they will ghost you. If not they will be like oh hey you still on for today? Urgh

@Crimsyjo Yea, one of the most effective things you can do as a man is limit communication, drives women crazy and makes them want you more. Any guy that's good w/ women already knows women will have other dates, the key is to make sure you alos have others so you're not spending to much time focusing on any one girl.

@Vegasrunner that's so true. We shouldn't settle either. My last boyfriend had some wonderful qualities. I miss cuddles, being told "I love you" every day, helping me with chores, cooking mu dinner and running my bath for when I got back from work. Sounds a dream right? But he also stole money from me, was fussy about many things, couldn't have a deep conversation, kind of lazy (not working)... maybe a liar (said he was working consistently b4 me)... we can't settle.

@Crimsyjo For women the window to "not settle" is small when you're young in your early 20's you'll have options for a plethora of men, but as you age, you're value to men reduces. This is probably why you were forced to date a man that stole from you. Men have a longer window because our value is based on the value we provide to the world. The older we get the more experience we get, which allows us to learn what works w/ women. This is probably why he did all those nice things for you, because he understood it would gain your trust.

@Vegasrunner I don't agree. At 19 I settled for a man 12 years older as a "provider" and to have children. But hecwas weak and nit able to advance in life as I did from 19 to 30. Then at 31 I dated a man ten years younger. Now... I'm open to around my age. But majority probably want younger. And none match my energy and zest for life.

Checking in is of course mutual, I said that in more of a general sense, like at least check in. I personally would just find it strange to speak with a person, set a date, and then not hear from them for days. I’d think the date wasn’t happening or they ghosted. It’s not a very good foot to start off on.
