Why do guys try harder to pursue you when you get into a relationship with another man?

Ego issue, it make them feel attractive and wanted if they're able to get the girl to leave her man, same things go with women too and how they try to get the man who they'r the mitress to leave their wife.

People (guys and gals) look more relaxed -- glowing skin, better posture, smiling, etc. etc. etc. -- when they're in a happy relationship, which ironically makes them look more appealing to others.

I guess the same reason women chase men that are spoken for that they wouldn't touch for money when they're single and readily available.

Well recently I got into a relationship but prior I really liked this guy that I saw around my neighbourhood. This guy showed interest in all kinds of way but he never tried to talk to me, which could’ve lead to something more. But he saw that I got into a relationship, he would say hi to me, call me by nicknames, and even called me out infront of my boyfriend

Mind you, its just a guess, what if that guy never aimed at a romantic relationship with you? And now that he sees you are taken, he feels more confident talking to you, because the stakes have disappeared, he can safely befriend you
