How to break this cycle?

I’m in this cycle with women where I’m always respectful and put my best foot forward when getting to know them. The issue seems to be that they assume I have multiple other women vying for my attention, even though I make it clear that I don’t. I dislike the terms 'hoes' or 'bitches,' as I was raised by my mother and father to respect women. I often find myself in a cycle where they think I’m being devious, and when they leave and realize I’m not, they try to come back and start over. It's frustrating because I don’t give second chances with my time. What should I do to break this cycle? Could it be related to how I dress and carry myself?
