Yeah--that's a difficult one for implants! My observation is that girls who start out with a decent amount of boobage tend to have MUCH better results when they get implants because they have enough breast tissue to cover the implant so it can look REALLY natural. Malene Espensen is a good example of a model like this.

Unfortunately when girls with less natural endowment get implants, it often looks like someone halved a volleyball and stapled it to their chest. Just not very natural looking. Some people are into the really fake look. So I suppose if that's you then go for it. But I think going natural would be your better bet.
