Constant fear that boyfriend will leave me for someone else?

We’ve been dating for a year and I always have this fear he will leave me soon and that just makes me want to end the relationship because I don’t want to get hurt. I’m 31 years old and I don’t want to waste time. I think the main reason why I feel this way is because throughout our relationship he would judge me and make me feel less than. This made me think that he could drop me at any moment. He would say things like I’m fat ( and I’m not fat by the way, I’m athletic and curvy) and he’s very skinny. He would also criticize me about the way I dress and my education, etc. he is starting graduate school in the fall and I’m so worried he will find someone else. Who is prettier, smarter, etc. I don’t know what to do guys:( I’m so scared :( I don’t feel enough:(

Drop him and fix your self-esteem. If it was stronger you wouldn’t be here asking advice and would have curbed his ass the first time he made an asshole comment towards you.
