To what limit you would set for physical touch with platonic friends?

He has a girlfriend, we both acknowledge we are friends. But up until now i dont understand, why he like to touch my thigh. ALWAYS. I can't even keep up how many times he already did that. Or he would put his head down on my shoulder if he is ‘sleepy’

It makes me wonder, for guys, to what extent you would go with your platonic friend or im just overthinking and its actually normal

Personally? Hand on the shoulder, short hug, that sort of thing. I don't think I'd be putting my head on her shoulder or touching her thigh unless I was trying to communicate that I was attracted to her.

I don’t do physical touch with platonic friends except for hugs when it’s in context. Like if their loved one has passed away or they’re having a hard day I’ll offer a hug.
