She rather spends time with her friends, but on the one hand shortly after breaking up, she said she was open for anything. She later seemed to want to reconnect though. On the other hand she rather spends time with her friends, rather only being approached by men who don't seem successful with her.

It's possible she could be interested in a relationship again, but from what you're saying it seems more like right now she's focusing on herself and her friends after the breakup. Here are a few thoughts:
- A year is usually enough time to be fully over an ex, so it's not necessarily too soon from that standpoint.
- But enjoying time with friends after a split is natural and healthy. It shows she's taking care of her mental/emotional needs.
- Saying she's "open to anything" was probably just not wanting to commit one way or the other right after ending things.
- That she prefers her friends now doesn't necessarily mean she's against dating - she may just feel more secure and happy in that zone presently.
- Her lack of interest in guys approaching her could be because she's picky about who she connects with romantically after the last relationship didn't work out.
I'd say don't force anything or rush her into anything serious. Let her know you're open to getting to know each other better if she's ever ready. In the meantime, try befriending her circle so she sees you as a trusted dude. With time and patience, maybe something could develop naturally.
Yes, cause a date outcome is not guaranteed. She already has her friends.
What if she said she had to still process her breakup and sometimes sits there alone in the pub with her beer?
If she's not ready she's not ready
