It's possible especially if she is shy or waiting on you to make a move. I saw one of your responses where you asked if she was interested in making the first move, but I counter with, if you are interested in her then why don't you. Your response to that one was that you want to see if she likes you, but how is that any different if she is waiting on you to do it first?

To me, that's just silly games and a sign of immaturity on both of your parts. If you are interested you should make a move if the circumstances are right. Obviously dont make a move on someone already in a relationship even if you sense interest, right? Common sense there. If she is single though and you are reading interest then why delay?

Depends on what sort of person she is, nervous, shy, anxious, insecure, or more assertive etc.

Especially when I was younger, in my teens, and start 20s I would almost avoid someone I liked and was interested in.

Heck, back in school in my younger teenage years, I rejected a guy asking me to get home with him, and get driven to a sport we both went to, because I got too nervous.
