Is this a red flag? Or just someone that genuinely knows what he wants?

So this guy I’ve been talking to about two months. We text every single day, and he calls me every single day. We have phone calls about the most random stuff at least for an hour and a half every time. The thing is, he is always asking me if I’m still feeling the same way or if I’m still interested in him. I keep telling him that I am and that if I’m doing anything that’s making him think otherwise. He lives 200 miles away. I have yet to see him in person, but we have faced timed. He will text me literally all the time. He will text me. When he gets off of work, he will text me when he’s going to the store etc. he will text me almost everything he is doing. It’s just that sometimes he will randomly bring up about if I am still interested, and that he doesn’t want to look like a dumb*** because he would be wasting his time. He will tell me things like oh yeah, there’s this girl across my street that I talk to you but it’s about work and stuff. Without me even asking or assuming. He said he still wants to see where it goes. Obviously, I have trust issues. If I’m asking these questions. But I don’t know being that he is far away, who wouldn’t have trust issues. I mean after getting off the phone with me he could be talking to another girl. And telling her the same things. I’m aware of that. Who knows maybe he just wants to keep me around just in case. He tells me if anything happens if you will always be my friend. But you need to let me know. If you find someone else or can’t talk to me anymore and I would do the same for you. Words are just words actions are actions. I’m going to meet with him soon.

I don’t know he’s older than me. He has a nice body. He works out every day. He looks damn good. And I am over here with a little bit of Jiggle on my body. And it’s hard to really believe that someone with a hot body a good looking face is really genuine and telling the truth.

Reminds me of henry cavill: he used to be a fat boy and bullied, until he started working out.

Sound like he has confidence issues. It doesn't need to be a red flag (he can gain a lot of self confidence with a relationship). The question is: does it bother you that he is asking all the time? Does it bother you tonthink that he is pretending with you and flirting with this other girl?

Also... Youve been talking for only two months. Maybe you should give yourselfs more time to know each other before looking for red flags xD
