It's a complex question YK. Coz both genders are struggling in their life (yeah mostly man).
In the West, most would agree men have harder lives than women do. The game of life continues to become more and more rigged in favor of women. Divorce court, child support, sexual access, the workplace, and the most obvious being government assistance etc… The burden of performance still falls on the man, and always has. If a guy is in 30s and doesn't have a good career, he's seen as a loser. A female in the same position, people will say she just hasn't found the right guy to take care of her.
The only break in the West men get. If he's unmarried and doesn't have kids after 30, he's not shamed even remotely as much. Some friends may even be envious of the mans freedom and less stress filled life. Women on the other hand are often seen as either leftovers or something must be wrong with them, most assume either mental problems or unrealistically high standards no man can meet.💖💕

Nah. Women had some advantages like in dating, but it's not like men don't have advantages elsewhere. Plenty of men and women have it rough through no fault of their own.
