What is that one important quality, you look for in the opposite sex, when deciding if to be with him/her?

I know there are several qualities/attributes' people look for in the opposite sex, but what is that must have quality.

She has to be mentally strong. I don't want someone who's gonna blow their lid over everyday occurrences, and I also definitely don't want someone who can't put up with my dickheadedness.

For me it's a good sense of humor. If they can make me laugh and accept my style of humor then it's an instant win in my book.
