Why would it be a red flag? A red flag for what?
If the parents agree to harbor that child for that long, then there is nothing wrong with it. I just hope that that kid pays part of the rent at age 33 or at least participates financially at the expenses he generates.
I mean, he has a goal in life and that is to save for a house. There is nothing wrong with doing that.
Some people may see it as some kind of red flag or odd to still live at home at age 33. There is no given age to move out of the parental house.
I pay rent and help around the house. Both inside and doing yard work. I do want to move out and I am saving for a house. It’s just everything is just so expensive where I live. I have a decent amount saved so far. Like a little more than $200,000 saved. My father is getting old plus he’s stubborn.
Like it's 2020's the economy is trash at the moment than any point in history
@TheStaleMarshmellow I know. Sometimes I feel embarrassed telling people. A one story house in my town sold for over $700,000. It wasn’t even a nice house either. It looked like shit.
A red flag of what? Everyone's situation is different. I wouldn't presume to know anything about that guy.
