Am I wrong for telling parents my job is like my family?

My parents got mad as I said my job is like my family. My parents want me quit my job and get random new job where mom lives in a tiny senior apt. I’m 27 I’m not 15,18 in highscool. I’m done doing that. I should of been married living in my own home with a guy and have baby by now.

I have my own dreams, own city I dream settle down at, my job is very easy I have many years at this job. It’s like my family my second home. My future boyfriend , soulmate is here too.
I’m offended they don’t think I have my own life, and my life is just do whatever they want me to do? They r gunna plan my life?

Worst part is I’m not married so they can shut up n leave me alone. They know I never had a boyfriend so they preach I can’t move out til I’m married. and it’s frustrating no guy loves me no guy is taking me away from my family 😞
