Why do some people have no interest in someone, yet they don't want anyone else to have them?

I've never understood this. If you're not interested, why do you care if they date someone else? Do some people really feel the need to be the center of every person's attention?

Well if you're talking about guys the guy probably does like you but he's afraid of commitment he's afraid of failure and he wants to explore and experience a little bit more he's just not ready to commit yet but like you said he doesn't want anybody else to have you

He thinks that you should just stop and wait for him which that just does not work out the way he thinks it does for the girl I say do what you want to do don't wait for anybody not unless other circumstances where he's in a position where he cannot commit

Yep that have happened to me too. What i learned was they dont want you for relationship (they often times are already in relationship anyway) , they want you for their ego boost. Yep, that sounds sick and weird. What i recommend doing is to cut them off from your life. There is no point reason with them all they are gonna do is keep you real close to your relationship and become friends with your otherside and start to sabotage it and make comments "by accident" do ruin your relationship.
