I didn't cheat on him, I pushed him away since I got scared of being vulnerable to love again. We have constant chats everyday now, he didn't answered me when I asked if he have a girlfriend, but proceeds to chat and update me and apologize if he replied late. But he also kept on saying I should open my heart to other guys, I dont get it. He doesn't want our chats to end since he initiates everytime I try to pull away. Please help me, I don't know what to do now

Do you mean "get even" like he's making things right with you, or that he's trying to punish you? Guys will do both, by the way, but the story doesn't sound like he's doing either. He's likely just showing you he still cares about you and is gauging you for interest. And not wanting to talk about his current dating situation because he would drop the girl if you were willing to make it work. But thinks that admitting to dating another girl would hurt his chances with you.

i do agree that his dating situation could ruin our chance to step up our relationship, he knew I would drop him the moment I discover he has another girl. But isn't a bit unfair to me? I want the truth. Or is he taking things slow now?

I don’t know about that but I’ve never been petty if a girl wanted or want to leave a relationship. Then I say go get the fuck on I don’t care. I never had a problem getting a woman and unfortunately I’v always been to shallow to give a fuck what they do.
