Girls, she suggested a drink date but changed date plans last minute. What is her real problem with the initial date?

What does it mean when a girl suggests meeting for drinks but the day before she tries to change it to a lunch date or says next week would work better?

I’ve had this girl flake like this on a few dates we had set up even though we’ve known each other for a few years. I initiated by saying I wanted to catch up but she is the one who said ok and suggested we meet up for drinks only to flake on the plans with a message the day before, either trying to change it to a day time date or say she has some early morning thing the next day and that it might be better to meet up next week instead. I already have plans during the day and I don’t want to just keep pushing things to the next week because there is no guarantee it won’t be the same excuse. What is her real problem with the initial date we agreed on?

So we ended up meeting up eventually. This time she suggested that we meet up at the club but came with her best friend. She told me beforehand about her friend but gave an excuse when I asked if they wanted to do pre-drinks beforehand. Basically came to the club at like 1 am. She was dressed very provocatively (fancy dress, lots of skin) while her friend was dressed more modestly. But ya, I felt like a third wheel. I spoke to her friend briefly and told the girl she looked nice but then I left

Your plan feels too much like a date. She wants to move it to a time and place that feels more like two casual friends just catching up.

She suggested the drinks. Her text:

“hey! its good to hear! my weekend is pretty busy too but next week i have so time to catch up. what about Thursday night some drinks and chatting?”

It’s about respecting my time and sticking to plans she herself set up. And it has happened before similar with this girl. Flaking is not a good look so I was wondering if there is some other reason she is doing it. Maybe she is nervous to meet up because we have not seen each other in person in a while or she is testing my interest (seeing if I’m more interested in the drink date or fine with a lunch date instead) or something else. Or do you think flaking is normal and acceptable?
