Unless the blocking was specifically meant as a petty insult I don't think that's why people do it, there's really no point of having someone's contact information if that person isn't interested in what the other individual is looking for, sounds like it was just the easiest way to move on from the rejection and sending your contact information on its way with you.

If that person doesn't want a contact, they can delete. The girl already said him that she doesn't accept him and she doesn't talk to him after that and she said him to stop insulting her. He blocked her immediately. What kind of person is he?
