My boss takes off his wedding ring whenever he talks to me during our monthly one-on-ones, should I be concerned?

Just wear a ring even if fake. This way you don’t have to get into any specifics 😂. Maybe it would help with a bunch of other unwanted attention with guys, OR you can just wear it at work (which seems fitting), since play and work should ideally never be mixed.

Better not to look into it cause it’s just make things more tense/awkward. It’s non verbal and that can get confusing. You establishing a ring yourself just helps to close down any wonderings of any kind from either side. IDEALLY.

Also this is just my suggestion on this matter. I don’t even want to think of what it could mean, cause I’d personally overthink it for you and experience second hand nerves.

No he doesn’t flirt from what I’ve seen. He’s just very accommodating and happy to make sure my every need at work is met
