If women are better communicators, why do a lot of them ghost instead of being direct?

Well to answer the first part of your question. They're not! And to answer the second part. Women just think because they're more verbal than guys they're good communicators. Women can talk for an hour without actually saying anything. Yes women are indirect. They think if they drop enough hints thier target will eventually get the hint. The biggest problem with women is they OVERESTIMATE thier communication skills.
