Of course not. People that party a lot tend to have a reputation of people with low confidence, low self-esteem and lack of character and personality because they know very well that they harm themselves with alcohol and dugs, yet they do it just the same.

I have seldom, if at all, met a person that does not party and consume either some kind of alcohol and/or drugs. That makes those people a danger for society.

If you want to trust someone, then those that know that you don't need alcohol and drugs to have fun are the ones that you are more likely to be able to trust.
